Poles are already familiar with Underground Fly; the band has had a lot of media coverage in their native Poland for the last year including press, radio play and TV appearances. The band topped the Radio Afera listeners chart for several months (40 weeks) as well as getting hundreds of daily hits on all the major Polish music portals.
A debut album: "Your Move, Your Choice" was released by Captive Recordings on 3rd July 2006. Captive Recordings are distributed worldwide by cdbaby.com and Super-D distribution. The album got and airplay in indie radio stations in Poland as well as in Holland, Germany, UK, Sweden and USA. The most influential Polish music magazine: "Teraz Rock" recognised the album as one of the most interesting debuts in Poland in 2006.
In May 2007 the band played open air gigs and supported Polish top acts. Also, in the summer the band took part in festivals in Denmark, Holland, Lithuania and Czech Republic.
On the beginning of 2008 the band finished their second album "Awakenings". New album was released in April 2008 (Poland) and worldwide in June. After that the band played some succesful festivals in Europe (Holland, Switzerland, Czech Rep.).
In January 2009 the band signed a promotional contract with one of independent promotion agency in the Netherlands "Its all happening" and the concert agency "Gasoline Concerts".

The band won huge acclaim at the Donc Festival in Switzerland last summer. They found themselves winning first prize at the festival and consequently interviewed by major Swiss TV and Radio stations, music journals, as well as the local papers.
A return tour has been planned for August 2006; the guys will play major festivals and concerts across Switzerland and eastern France.

This is the much anticipated second album. “Awakenings” is a very focused and mature piece of work and very much on the ball, a well observed social commentary of the world coming from one of Europe’s fastest emerging economies. Underground Fly are at the forefront of Poland’s new thinking, new media scene.
Originally planned as separate CD and DVD releases, the band decided to put both discs in the same box.

In their native Poland, Underground Fly are going from strength to strength. A lengthy performance and interview on Polish national TV station TVP1, an hour long interview and play-listings on the influential national radio station “Program 3” as well as regional radio play-listings, interviews, coverage and general enthusiasm for the band.
The country's largest music retailer "EMPiK Media Store" (350+ shops) has put it's weight behind the band hosting many in-store performances, signings and appearances alongside constant video rotation.
2009 saw a big push in Holland. Underground Fly had already made their presence felt on the Dutch music scene playing many festivals and club concerts but in January “It's All Happening” promotions took the band on, followed in March by the “Gasoline Concerts” agency.
